Return Policy

PHYSICAL STORES

– Purchases can be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt and attached tags and/or original packaging.
– We give cash refunds under €100. Refunds over €100 will be transferred via bank within 7 working days.
– SALE items cannot be exchanged
– To prevent misunderstandings regarding discount stickers, the price shown by our computers is always correct.

ONLINE STORE

– Online orders can be exchanged within 14 days by e-mailing a request to info@theupcycle.com  Please make sure all original tags and/or original packaging is attached.
– Return shipments will be refunded within 7 days after we receive your package. We will transfer this amount to the account of which the payment has been made.
– It is also possible to return the product in our shop located, Sint annendwarsstraat 13, Amsterdam.
